Welcome to the Zenith boss squad !


Welcome to this thread and thank you for being interested in the Zenith Boss Squad!
Below, you will find the necessary information to join and just general things about our boss squad:


What we expect from you/Requirements :

- friendliness, good manners, patience, calmness
- level requirement for the bosses of course
- a helping hand
- all prequests must be done before the planned time to take the boss runs
- self funding regarding Wheels of Fortune, additional potions and more (5 or more Wheels of Fortunes)
- decent Level/HP/MP to survive
- the main reason you join is to gain experience and have fun, not for the money
- Skype chats/talks (You don't have to talk, but you should at least be able to listen to the squad leader's instructions while bossing)


We offer you :

- a squad with motivation for bossing
- well organised and friendly
- willing to help you with problems of any kind
- loot and money sharing gained from the runs you join
- depending on which kind of run: free items

Rules :

- The Expedition Leader / Squad Leader / Guild Leader is the boss of the runs. Attending the run(s) means you have to follow the instructions and orders of the boss within the expedition.
- Be flexible with changes, if the Boss Squad leader misses the run (very low probability) and has to give the leader position to someone else.
- Pay attention, when the leader is talking/explaining something. It's expected to be a big squad with many people joining and we will not explain things over and over.
- When you have signed up for a boss run and cannot come, please inform us (the leader/administration of the Squad) before
- Do not loot anything without the allowance of the boss (in most cases the boss will loot everything for an equal division).
- The loots will be sold and divided equally to everyone who joined the run.
- No auto pet loot.
- Do not spam the expedition chat. If possible, leave irrelevant things regarding the run out of the chat.
- Be on time.
- To sign up for the boss squad, please apply with an appropriate application.


Auto exclusion :

- people not fitting the requirements stated above
- people using hacked gear
- people using 3rd party tools at the runs
- ninja looters
- people who do not appear on time too often
- people who spam the expedition chat and therefore give difficulties to see other people talking and asking about things; including the instructions of the squad leader
- rule breakers (if you break a very important rule or break less important ones way too often)

This can be excluded by using skype chat...instead of spamming in Expedition chat, just make sure the members joining the run "MUST" have Wessel AKA ZenLthLan on skype so we could propably do a skype session instead of typing....

Skyping while bossing? I've never tried it but it sounds like a good idea ^^

Well, if the rule doesn't work, I will add what you said
But this one is not like a super strict rule, else we wouldn't be able to have a bit fun, I just don't want my/administrational talk to go under in someone's spam
Nevertheless, good idea and skyping sounds fun

well its easier to talk...then type...n speacially when "DAMAGE REFLECT IS ON" @ Empress, u wouldnt want to type that when ur under danger ur self?....
