i dont really see the age minimum as a real "rule" because you can be 21 but act like a 12 old kid... i know raleb for a long time and i can say he acts like he is 17-18 most of the time even trough he is some kind of hyperactive monster mutant ninja powerranger wich is totally insane and unique in the world i think ... he is no spammer , speaks english on a higher lvl then me mostly , and behaves like an older guy ... will stay with my opinion that he deserves a trial if you guys can organise with him you will love him as much then i do

i really beg you to give him the chance to proof himself as a serious part of maplestory ... even if i am some kind of trolling fker or something (you maybe already noticed it ) i take this very serious and i would even fight to give him the chance of a trial the rest he would be on his own ...

i got a long story with raleb he makes maple like 20% funnier , you can always count on him , he is a nice person to talk to ... back in the days i did my 40h grind to lvl 200 raleb supported me a lot with visiting me often made some fun and nice chats ... i maybe wouldnt have continued grinding if he wasnt there.

well i can only tell you guys what i know about raleb and i know he really deserves a chance...
even if i am not a real zenith member atm
i would totally risk my trial to get him in the guild and this means a lot because i dont know many peoples who make maple so much funnier for me ... maybe you can organise with that and someday you might feel the same way

After alot of thinking I came up with this:

I'm gonna vote NO, Not because I dont like you, you are a awesom guy.
But I just think that Zenith isnt the right guild for you ATM.
I dont see how you would improve your gear/range for boss runs and/or events thats gonna be hosted.
Zenith needs attackers and people that are ready to boss.

I just dont see you pass the trail with sitting in the gfm.

i will bring him gear later on i help him to improve i need a squat for ht drop to get him a htp ... then i will get him some VL gloves and
fuse top+ bots later on to give him some % str let this be my job

I WILL SUPPORT RALEB IN EVERY WAY
and i mean it trust me in this case-.-
he will get my psb maybe later on ( 174 att 30% boss 15% def ignore and 6% total dmg)
then if i can find them my old earrings (28 str 12% str 6%hp)

i need some time for him trough but i will do that with him together

i respect your vote in any ways but give us time and he will be good

I dont want this to be a big discussion on the forum,
but im just gonna leave with this: If you do all the stuff for him he will never be able to stand on his own feet and will always be depending on others, also a first impression is a first impression and it wasnt a realy good.

And please dont go comment on all the bad/no votes because a vote is a vote.

I really respect your opinion clem . And about the gear, It's really going for me in my merching business. It's not like all I do 24/7 is to chill at the GFM. I'm currently building up as much str gear as possible, and I will maybe be making an UA Hero as my new main character, since this account isn't really safe anymore and I'm pretty bored of my aran. An UA Hero with an afro? What could go wrong? ^^

I don't really think it's a rule, more like a guideline.
Why shouldn't we invite a 14 year old if he/she fits in the guild?
And we can vote yes or no to decide if someone fits in, therefore I give him a chance in the trial period
because I'm not sure.

Owww and Arnd, its nice that you care about the new applicant,
but please take it as a no if someone says no.

I'm gonna vote a hesitant YES, I'm not sure about you as a character. I like you as a person, I'm just not entirely sure you'll fit in.

If Zenith needed Attackers....."then Why are there soo many Characters in guild that dont have enough Boss dmg/% items...?"...25% is enough, i do agree u need higher dmg but...i personally would have a team....that "I PERSONALLY CAN COUNT ON" to be there present when we host a event, and not 1 "DMG HOE", like 3/4 of the guild just afks 3/4 of the time...? n most of them just go solo....Other's just do thier thing, but i just wanted to say...if Zenith is looking for attackers...."why would any1 join in the first place" we dont even boss alot...? n most of the runs r made at time...when "most of us have to sleep or go to bed..." No offence Vince but i dont support u on ur vote...srry man.

But if it was up to me i would, add raleb on trial n See how he is...

Well that's why we're looking for experienced people who got a decent damage to endure a boss run.. We're all working on our gear, it might be kind of not visible, but yes, even I do as well, and that's why they got the point with the bossing. We will keep trying till everything works properly; especially regarding the boss runs. We will take them far more often in future to practice and gather experience and hopefully get drops we can share among the participants. I'd distribute most of my part to the guild to help the others (re)funding (again).
But guys, see it like this, some of us focus more on the range and gear, others more about how you'd fit in the guild as the person you are and others got some other main points they care about. No flame, no offensive comments, no giving up on the boss squad, I respect all votes of you.

I'd personally like to give you a yes, I know Vince got his point and others who voted got their points as well, but this is my personal opinion: If you really work on your gear and maybe start a character from level 0 again (or as you said an UA), wouldn't you be more motivated to fund it? It's a fresh restart; it could even be the same job as you got right now. I just felt a big motivation in myself, when I started my Bandit; it felt for me like having found the perfect job I've never tried out before. But this is up to you though. I'm gonna leave my vote here. I'd like to see you in trial.

i respect your votes trough but i dont think zenith is only for bossruns actually i would be in the false guild then because i cant join most runs because of school ... and equip isnt really the think which is need for a good bossrun trough you always need you skill for example if wessel would have no skill playing his char he would die at most bosses and skill is much harder to work on then on equipment and i wouldnt care so much if the applicant wouldnt be raleb because i saw it very often that he got ignored or something because he is a bit younger or because he hadn't the dmg i had with my aran
